Keystone Property Management was established in 1975, when the Keystone Ski Area was developed.  In this time, KRPM has grown to manage nearly 2200 units located in 45 Keystone-managed Homeowners Associations.  In this time, we have become the leaders in property management in the Keystone area.  The services we offer for both owners and guests is incomparable.  With 24 hour front desks and maintenance on site, we have the ability to get things done in a timely fashion.  We constantly strive to improve our services and programs to fit our owner needs.   

KRPM operates under the Hospitality Division of Vail Resorts, Inc. (Symbol:  MTN).  Vail Resorts is one of the leading resort operators in North America.  The Company's operating subsidiaries are grouped into three divisions, Ski and Recreation, Hospitality and Real Estate.  The Ski and Recreation segment includes five winter resorts.  The Hospitality segment includes our luxury resort hotel brand, RockResorts, comprised of 10 properties, and several other branded and independently owned and managed properties at our resorts.  The Real Estate segment includes the Vail Resorts Development Company which develops luxury single family and condominium homes and mixed used projects and this is the real estate planning, development and construction subsidiary of the Company.
