Housekeeping services provided to Rental Guests include daily fresh towels, trash removal and bed make-up.  A light cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen is also regularly performed.

Housekeeping services provided to owners and owner's guests under our Rental Maintenance Contract include daily housekeeping on a request-basis.  Upon departure, a check-out clean will automatically be performed.  Services will be charged to the owner or the owner's guest (as requested by owner) based on the current rate schedule.  A flat rate schedule will be used for fresh linen, terry and check-out cleans, except for houses which will be cleaned at a per hour rate plus a charge for clean linens, terry, amentieis, paper goods and other supplies provided.  Cleaning charges incurred by the onwer and owner's guests will be charged to the owner's monthly statement unless a request is made at the time of the reservatoin for the check-out clean to be paid upon request.  Check-out cleans also include food removal.  Any additional non-perishable items are left at the owner's risk, if secured in owner's closet.  Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.  An annual major clean is done for each rental property, as well.

Housekeeping services available to maintenance properties include all the services detailed above, provided that the Owner has joined the Keystone Terry Management contract, based on a set fee schedule.  Maintenance properties will not be cleaned upon departure of the onwer or owner's guest unless specific arrangements have been made with the manager.  Perishable foods will be removed unless other instructions are received from the owner.  Non-perishable foods will be left for future use.
